What you'll do
•Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
•Map current and future processes, identifying pain points and opportunities.
•Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
•Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
•Analyse data to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
•Support the product team in prioritisation and roadmapping.
•Sign off deliverables against agreed requirements with clients.
What we're looking for
•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
•Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-story mapping.
•Ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
•Experience in consulting or a client-facing role.
•Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools.
•Relevant certifications such as IIBA CCBA or CBAP.
